Guide/Modules
Eternal Blacklight
The Eternal Blacklight module flies the Eternal Blacklight gate: it can open the gate with a CPU, fights each wave, collects the boxes, picks the best booster and handles boss and barrage waves.
Main settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Stop at wave | Stop fighting once this wave is reached. |
| Open a gate | Fly to the Blacklight map and spend a CPU to open a gate. Off by default: then the module only fights a gate the ship is already in, and otherwise waits. |
| Collect after each wave | Pick up the wave's boxes before taking the next portal. |
| Pick boosters | Take the best booster whenever the gate offers three. |
| Keep health between | Back away under the low number; rejoin over the high one. |
| Repair if shield under | Hold a wider ring with the guns off while the shield comes back. |
| NPC lock difference | How much closer another NPC must be before switching targets. |
| Collect while fighting within | Pick up boxes this close during a fight. 0 turns it off. |
The other groups
| Group | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Boss split | Split a boss pair: drag two bosses apart before fighting them. |
| Consumables | Instashield (when, and on bosses), the ship's ability (which, from which wave, above which hull, range), and the energy leech. |
| PET | Send the PET out in a chosen gear for boss waves and for barrage waves. |
| Formations | One formation for travelling, one for fighting, and one to finish a barrage that's nearly dead. |
| Ammunition | Lasers: which ammo by NPC size. Lasers and ammo |
| Booster priority | How much each booster is worth to you: laser damage, damage, hitpoints, speed, ability cooldown, laser hit chance, rocket damage, shield. Negative means avoid. |
Tip
Booster priority decides what Pick boosters takes. Give the highest number to what helps your ship most.
