Behaviours

A behaviour is an extra job that runs alongside the module. The module is the main job (say, killing NPCs); behaviours take care of the chores around it, like buying ammo before it runs out.

You can switch on as many behaviours as you like.

Switch one on

  1. Open your config (Saved configs, or an account's Config tab).
  2. On the left, under the module, open Behaviours.
  3. Click a behaviour to see what it does and its settings, and switch it on there.
The Features page lists every module and behaviour

The Features page shows them all in one list. Filter it with Modules or Behaviours, and Changed shows the ones whose settings you changed.

The behaviours

BehaviourWhat it does
Auto shopBuys what you pick from the in-game shop: boosters whenever they're not running, ammo, rockets and keys when they run low. Has spending limits (Keep uridium above, Most to spend a day).
Auto dispatchSends the retrievers you pick whenever a dispatch slot is free, collects them when they're back, and can finish them at once with quick delivery coupons.
Auto auctionBids on the auction-house items you pick, up to your maximum, in the last minutes of the hourly, daily or weekly auction.
Auto assemblyCrafts any recipe the game offers. Each row is kept stocked (crafted while you own fewer than N), used up (crafts from an event's resources until they run out), or crafted once when one of your rules says so - ephon boosters before a restart, Prometheus lasers when the parts are in. "Own fewer than" counts every laser, drone and piece of equipment you have.
Auto refineRefines the ores in your cargo into prometid, duranium and promerium. Beta
Sell oreWhen the cargo hold is full, flies to your home station, sells the ores you tick (prometium, endurium and terbium by default), and goes back to what the ship was doing. Never from inside a gate: it waits until the ship is out. A full hold also stops your PET's auto-loot gear. Beta
Ore upgradeKeeps prometid, duranium, promerium or seprom from your cargo loaded into your lasers, rockets, generators and shields. Beta
Skylab builderUpgrades your Skylab modules in order, keeps robots in the collectors, pauses the seprom refinery when it's full. Beta
Skylab transportSends ores from your Skylab to your ship (promerium, for example) whenever there's enough. Beta
N.O.V.A. agentsKeeps a charged N.O.V.A. agent equipped: when the one flying runs low, swaps it for the next one that's ready.
PET box collectorLets the PET collect the boxes you tick (chromin by default) so its gear and protocols add their bonus. Beta
Fast travelJumps with the jump CPU instead of flying through gates when the destination is several maps away. Spends uridium. Beta
Auto infectInfects the ship with its own infection mine before going into a gate, and optionally elsewhere.
Anti pushGoes offline for a while when the same player keeps killing you — by default 2 kills within 5 minutes means 10 minutes offline — then logs back in by itself. Only kills by players count. Beta
Trinity updaterLevels up the Orbital Sweeper Module with the Quantum Prisms Trinity Trials drops.
Zeta Chromin FarmerOn Zeta's last wave: collects the chromin, then lets the ship die instead of killing the Devourer, so the wave comes round again. Beta
Conditions"When this happens, do that" rules. It has its own page: Conditions.
Careful

Behaviours that spend have limits: Keep uridium above and Keep credits above (Auto shop, Auto dispatch), Keep credits above (Auto auction), Keep uridium above (Auto assembly), Keep uridium and Most uridium for one jump (Fast travel). Set them before switching the behaviour on, so it never spends what you're saving.

Spending rules it always follows

  • Every behaviour that spends (shop, assembly, dispatch, auction, Trinity updater, fast travel and the rest) spends nothing in the first minute after logging in, and not before the game has sent the item bar. Buying by hand in the shop window is not affected.

The Auto shop also keeps a record of what it bought:

  • A booster is bought at most once an hour; ammo and other things you use up at most once every 5 minutes.
  • A booster bought more than 3 times in an hour is locked for 12 hours. 4 buys in a day hold a booster; for ammo and the like, 4 buys in a day that weren't used up.
  • A refused buy waits 10 minutes.
  • If it can't read its record of purchases, it stops buying until that's fixed, rather than risk buying twice.

Other extras

In General → Other, Claim daily rewards takes the login calendars' free daily rewards as soon as the game offers them.

Claim pass rewards, beside it and also on by default, collects every pass's rewards as you reach them: Season Pass, Trinity Pass, Voyagers' Ascent, Objectives and the Recall pass.

Same behaviour in every config?

Set it up once as a global configuration instead of in each config.
